Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase via Canada Post. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on socks or hats. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can review and arrange a replacement or refund. Worn or soiled items cannot be returned.
Lost packages
Once we hand your order to Canada Post, the risk of loss passes to you. If your package is lost, missing, or stolen after delivery, we’ll do what we can to help, but we cannot be held responsible. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.
Purchases from other retailers
We can only assist with orders placed directly through bondoodle.com. Items purchased through third-party retailers must be handled with the store you bought them from.
